You can just key in text then go back and change its appearance using paragraph formatting commands.

Instructional Planning

will illustrate commands using a Smart board or Overhead. Instructor
will also supply individual instruction sheets and or Text pages
explaining commands.
- Students will complete a series of assignments selected by instructor to displaying that they have mastered the commands.
